Are You Making These E-Commerce Excuses? (part 1)
By Jamila White, The E-Commerce Diva

A year ago, I had big plans to re-vamp my web site. I was going to publish my e-newsletter twice a month every month, and I was going to upgrade my own e-commerce capabilities. Those were my Internet marketingresolutions for 2005.

And I broke them all. Every single one. (One of them I broke even before the month of January was over!) For every goal, I had an excuse. And the excuses won.

But this year is different. It’s 2006 time to get live!

Entrepreneurs Need A Professional Email Address

August 23, 2006 · Leave a Comment

I recently acquired a leads lists and was shocked to see the names
people use for email. Now, don’t get me wrong, I know your choice of
address is your call, but if you want to be taken seriously — that
is you want potential customers, clients, employers to contact you
for whatever product or service you’re offering or job you are
seeking you should seriously consider getting an email address that
represents you as a professional.

The reason why I acquired the list was I am looking for people who
are seriously interested in working for themselves (full time or part
time) and some of the names on the list I immediately didn’t even
bother to contact:

licktheback@

txgirl12002@

bigchops555@

scbeautyqueen2000@

redthang34@

nomnkyhr@

bombdiggity916@

booboolicious23

boodaphatdady@

The above addresses I omitted the domain — the point is how serious
are these individuals who apparently completed an online survey
regarding their interest in seeking a business opportunity.

I personally believe having a vanity email address is the way to go.
Use your name — and it is really easy at GDI to do that using
the .ws domain. For only $10 a month you can get a website, up to 10
email addresses — one of which you can use when you want people to
take you seriously — so that leaves you 9 to get crazy and have fun
with and the GDI business opportunity which includes a BackOffice
website and personalized capture pages.

So, if you need a credible email address, if you need a website for
personal or business use, if you want to generate income then check
out the Global Domains Opportunity.
