Posted on

Good report and data to use in any advocacy, grant-writing or other program funding efforts… Thank you MARC for posting to your website.

####
This document presents an equity analysis of the Kansas City region. It was developed to help the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) – the sponsor of the Creating Sustainable Places Initiative (a HUD Sustainable Communities Initiative) – and its local partners effectively address equity issues as they plan for a more integrated and sustainable region

"An equitable region is one where everyone — regardless of race, income, neighborhood or other characteristics — has the opportunity to fully participate, contribute and connect. How does Kansas City stack up? Find out in the new Equity Profile for the Kansas City region, published by Policy Link and the University of Southern California’s Program for Environmental and Regional Equity."
