​This roundtable presentation and discussion’s is facilitated by Sr. Community Development Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Dell Gines MBA, CeCD

Its purpose is to introduce local community stakeholders to an emerging model of entrepreneurship-based economic development called: “Grow Your Own.” This promising strategy is a new tool communities can use to improve local communities and reduce economic disparities among African Americans.​
